Who We Are
Inferno Gourmet Toasted Subs is a family-owned business offering fresh, high quality made-to-order toasted subs. We're at fairs, music festivals, and other large outdoor multi-day events with our concessions trailer, and you can find our food truck throughout the Fox Cities, Wisconsin area at local businesses, private parties, food truck rallies and weddings. We have been in business since 2007, and added our food truck in 2017. We launched our Greek food division, Legendary Gyros, in 2021 and followed with our first dessert division, Golden Gourmet WaffleSticks, in 2023. We are experienced in serving large groups of people quickly and efficiently, and enjoy serving our repeat customers #TheBestSandwichIveEverHad !
What We Do
Inferno Subs is a self-contained, fully certified mobile kitchen food truck and food trailer offering gourmet toasted subs on-site at your location. We're flexible in many ways. Our Mobile Catering trailer gives us the luxury to take our product on the road to special multi-day events. For local corporate, public and private events (including indoor winter events), our food truck is a perfect fit. We are also equipped to assist any business that does not have an on-site cafeteria and wants to offer something different to their employees instead of the usual vending machine or cafeteria line. We can create a regular monthly schedule to arrive at your location during lunch shifts with our food truck and serve fresh, hot, made-to-order premium subs.
